Formerly called Śluchowice after the name of the quarries located in it. Inanimate nature reserve located in the city of Kielce. It was created in order to preserve a rock outcrop, presenting an interesting fragment of the Hermetic tectonics of the Świętokrzyskie Mountains in the form of characteristically and strongly folded limestone rocks, partly marls and marly shales of the Kielce franc, as well as herbaceous and shrub vegetation. The reserve includes a geological profile exposed during the exploitation of the stone, with a large rock fold, which depicts tectonic processes, located within the unexploited quarry in the part of Góra Ślichowicka and the surrounding area, including excavations of the depleted quarry.
