Waldemar Dąbrowski is the originator of the idea. It was on his initiative in 2003. the first Children's Culture Festival was organized in Pacanów. The festival has stimulated the creation of a modern children's cultural center. The new headquarters was officially opened on February 24, 2010. The complex is distinguished by elements reminiscent of a big baby made of sand. They include: Museum of Fairy-tale Characters, Library of Children's and Youth Literature with a reading room, cinema and theater room, bookstore, souvenir shop and cafe. Surrounded by an educational garden with gazebos, a smithy commemorating the famous blacksmiths from the fairy tale "120 Adventures of the Matołek the Billy Goat" and the amphitheater. There is an amazing exhibition here "Fairytale world" maintained as an interactive game using multimedia techniques.
